Sri Subramaniam
Sri Subramaniam is the Vice President of Engineering at Walmart Labs, where he focuses
on the application of semantic technology and social media to Ecommerce. Prior to
that, Sri was the head of Search Product Development at eBay, where he led the development
of 3 generations of Search technology and was the founding member of technical Staff
at Radiance Technologies.
He is a veteran of several Silicon Valley startups, and cares deeply about using
technology to make positive changes in the world. Sri holds several patents in Search
and 3-D graphics. Sri, with his wife, Deepa, also co-founded Youngzine, a newsmagazine
and community site for kids 8-15. Sri has a Masters degree in Computer Science from
the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Dr. Jeanette Harrison
Dr. Jeanette Harrison is the Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Development
at Pitney Bowes. She is a corporate talent management and learning executive known
internationally for aligning performance support solutions to enable corporate growth,
meet revenue expectations, and transform organizations through her work in providing
enhanced employee value drivers.
Serving as the Vice President of the American Express Learning Network, Dr. Harrison
was chartered with training all employees serving American Express’ customers through
performance support strategies and solutions. As Director of Knowledge and Learning
at Intel, she was responsible for providing performance support strategies and solutions
to manufacturing employees worldwide. She previously served as Vice President of
Strategic Planning and Business Development for National Computer Systems.
Dr. Harrison holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern
California, a Master of Higher Education Administration and Bachelor of Arts from
American University in Washington, D.C., and is an Executive Coach from the Hudson
Institute.

James H. Hooker
James Hooker is the President and CEO of Televerde, the leading B2B provider of
sales pipeline development solutions that drive increased revenue for clients by
integrating contact data, marketing automation and world-class tele services. He
started the company in 1995 with a mission to help clients solve big problems through
market intelligence and lead generation programs. The stellar results have consistently

Prior to founding Televerde, Jim served as President and COO of Pacific Corp Capital,
one of the top five diversified computer leasing companies in the United States.
He also served as an Executive Vice President for Pacific Atlantic formed through
a merger with a Bell Atlantic subsidiary. Having begun his career with IBM, he also
was involved in three successful start-ups including Ceres Capital Corp., where
he was President and CEO.

Dr. Paul Mohr
Dr. Paul Mohr is a retired public school superintendent, who spent 30 years as a
public school educator in three school districts, including Mesa Public Schools,
Arizona’s largest school district. He has also served as a consultant for charter
schools in four North Carolina cities. Dr. Mohr's crowning achievement was the construction
of a $4 million education and health center, completed in January 2009. The building
utilizes the latest in "green" technology and has earned LEED certification in the
“Silver" category. The center provides comprehensive medical service, dental service,
and early childhood education for economically-challenged students and families
of the Murphy School District. Dr. Mohr is the recipient of numerous awards including:
Phoenix Valley Leadership Valedictorian: Class Thirty, Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary
International and Knight, Papal Order of St. Sylvester the Martyr.
Dr. Mohr has a Doctorate in Education Administration from Arizona State University,
Masters in Elementary education and a Bachelor of Music with a major in Music Therapy
from Florida State University.

Kim Anderson
Kim Anderson serves on the Higley Unified School District Governing Board. She has
held this post for six years and during that time has served as the President and
the Clerk. She was recently re-elected to serve another four year term for the district.
Mrs. Anderson enjoys her work on the Governing Board, particularly serving on curriculum
and policy committees. She has served as a teaching librarian in a K-8 school and
instructed elementary students in reading and writing as well as research skills.
Kim has been surrounded by education all of her life. Her parents, two grandparents
and an aunt were teachers so she was drawn into the profession at an early age.
Kim earned a B.A. in History from Arizona State University and taught high school
U.S. and World History in Utah. She later earned a Masters in Secondary Education
from Northern Arizona University.

Dr. Narasinga Rao
Dr. Narasinga Rao is a leading teacher and researcher with a 40-year academic and
research career producing powerful learning opportunities for higher education,
Dr. Narasinga Rao is the Dean Emeritus, University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond,
Oklahoma. Dr Rao was recently appointed as the ACA Representative to the Office
of Science and Technology to the Secretary of State for Science Information to Foreign
Service Officers, Washington D.C. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer,
American Crystallographic Association Inc, Buffalo, NY. He is an ex-Member of the
Governing Board, American Institute of Physics, College Park, MD.
Dr. Rao has several awards and honors to his credit including the Sigma Xi Researcher
of the Year Award from the University of Central Oklahoma (1991), Department of
Education Principal Investigator Award (2006), the U.S. Department of Education
- Ron McNair Grant for College students, Upward Bound for Schools, Title III- Strengthening
Institutions for the University and Student Support Services among others. Dr Rao
received his Ph.D. in Bio-Physics from the State University of New York at Buffalo,
Buffalo, New York and his Masters in McMaster University, Ontario, Canada.

Jane Smoudi
Jane Smoudi is the Charter School Program Specialist in the Arizona Department of
Education Charter School Program (AZ CSP). She was the former principal of Arizona
Cultural Academy & College Prep, one of Arizona’s premier private schools in Phoenix.
She is also the Chair of NCA (North Central Association Commission on Accreditation
and School Improvement) Steering Committees. Jane was a former teacher and academic
coach involved in the implementation of the Singapore Math Curriculum, recognized
as one of the top ten math curriculums in the world.
Jane is a member of several NCA Peer Review teams and a regular guest presenter
at NCA’s Annual Conferences. In 2010, she helped ACA be recognized as Arizona’s
top school by John’s Hopkins University Center of Talented Youth. Jane has a Master’s
degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, Tempe,
AZ and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law from the Shanghai Institute
of Foreign Trade.
