Children

Our Website is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We require representatives from schools who register to use the services offered on our Website (collectively, the "Service") to give us contact information, such as his/her name, school name, address, phone number, teacher birth dates, email address and the number of users that will be using the Service. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, number of classes or parent information. Users can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. However, to use the Service, you must register and provide us with your name and email address and select a password.

We may associate your personal information provided to us from the schools and organization with other personal information that we collect from you. Users can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Website and editing their personal information within Setup.

We collect information in the form of User Submissions (as described in the Terms & Conditions) [T&C] that you make to the Website. If you choose to engage in any commercial transactions at the Website, we collect your credit card information and relevant data to effect the transaction.

We may outsource all of the Services and tasks set forth in this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to third parties on a confidential basis.

SchoolCues uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and organizations. We may also use the information to contact users to further discuss their interest in our company, services, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as newsletters, promotions and events. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, user email addresses and any personal user information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Users can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@schoolcues.com. Even if you opt out of receiving communications from us, we may still contact you for administrative matters involving your registration, for example to notify you of a new Privacy Policy.

Except as explicitly stated at the time we request information, in the Terms & Conditions or in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose to third parties the information that you provide to us. SchoolCues uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. Therefore, we do disclose information to this intermediary solely to effect any transactions initiated at the Website. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the Website but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does SchoolCues share user information with these parties.

Users of the Service will be using the Website to host data and information ("Data"). SchoolCues will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Terms & Conditions, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms & Conditions, or as may be required by law. Of course, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their registration data and password.

Aggregate Information

We collect aggregate information about you and your use of our Website whenever you visit us online. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Website to constantly improve the quality of the Service. For instance, we may collect various forms of "click stream" information such as entry and exit points for our Website (i.e., referring URLs or domains), site traffic statistics, page views, impressions, and operating system and browser type. In addition, when users request pages on our Website, our servers automatically log their IP addresses. This information allows SchoolCues to process your online transactions and requests. SchoolCues uses persistent cookies that only SchoolCues can read and use, to identify the fact that you are a SchoolCues user or prior Website visitor (whatever the case may be). We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Website to help us administer our Website and improve its quality. SchoolCues offers its visitors and users a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to support@schoolcues.com and provide us with your name and email address in your registration so that we may update your information.

Correcting & Updating Your Information

If users need to update or change registration information they may do so by editing the user or organization record. To update a User Profile, log on to SchoolCues and navigate to profile setup section to add or update information. To update School’s data, log on to SchoolCues and navigate to School Setup section. To discontinue the Service, email support@schoolcues.com. SchoolCues will respond to your correction or update request within at most 30 days from the date of your request. outside intruders.
