Mountaintop Waldorf Children's Garden offers an alternative for parents in the Mid-Hudson Valley who are seeking a holistic education for their young children. We provide a secure, calm, inclusive environment in which the imagination and creativity of each child will flourish. We support each child’s growth through storytelling, singing, bread baking, painting, caretaking, and exploring the wonders of nature throughout all seasons. We welcome and honor the dignity and heritage of all children.

Availability for Tour

We offer tours seasonally and will reach out to you the next time we offer them. They generally take place at 3:30pm on a Thursday, Friday, and/or Monday. We would like to meet your child(ren), as well as you and/or your partner. Please let us know if 3:30 on a weekday afternoon will not work for your family.

Parent/Child Class

We offer an 8-week parent/child class each fall and spring on Fridays from 9am to 11am for parents and their children ages 18 months to 3 years old. This is an opportunity to get to know our school, learn more about Waldorf education, and meet other young families in the area.
