Enrollment for the 2023/24 school year for FORMER families will begin on Jan. 16, 2023 AFTER 12:01am. Enrollment for NEW families will begin on Jan. 30, 2023 AFTER 12:01am. If you wish to enroll, complete this form and proceed to the payment tab to submit an $80 application fee per family. MCH retains any & all discretion in admission process.
